We co-designed and conducted a study of smart city projects, an operator communicating objects in cities. The objectives of this mission: to create buzz and legitimise the company within its main target communities. This analysis, through the identification of flagship projects in France, allowed the client to gain positioning in all relevant subjects as a credible expert. Lessons learned from the study now serve as a resource for salespeople who are aware of the challenges and achieving the communities they wish to approach. In partnership with Sircome.
